Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz described devious taxi drivers

Taxi drivers and public toilets are the clearest indications of the local society for any destination.
Therefore, we have nothing much to shout about apart from using empty slogans like ‘Malaysia

Other obvious bad examples are nonchalant littering, illegal dumping and reckless driving.
I suspect our authorities are still unaware that ‘broken windows’ must be fixed in order to arrest any
problem. I have proposed that enforcement on taxi drivers should be publicised in the newspapers to
